Outrage Jewellers does it’s very best to ensure your items are carefully packaged to arrive safely. 
All orders include a handwritten description of your product.
Please inform us during checkout if you require the package to be sent directly as a gift to your recipient and let us know of any special requirement.
We ship Royal Mail  To Signed For, a secure service which requires a signature upon receipt or with Hermes. We aim to process your order within 3 working days and we ask that you allow 4-7 business days for your item to arrive. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. If you require your item urgently please contact us as we will always try to accommodate your needs and may be able to push the order through rapidly.
We provide the following shipping options:
Royal Mail Signed For UK or Hermes Free
Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.99 on request 
By placing an order you will be  providing  us with personal details such as your address, email and telephone contact .By providing  these personal details you will be agreeing to us passing on your information to Royal Mail  or a courier company, should we need to use one, as it is their requirement to have the details of the recipient, to ensure delivery is made safely.
Your details will not be passed to anyone other than the company responsible for transporting your goods. 
We are informing you of  this in accordance with the GDPR legislation
Each on line sale is accompanied by a hand written note with information about your product .

Returns
If on delivery you are not completely happy with your item, you will have 30 days to contact us and return the item . We will be happy to exchange your order for an alternative piece or provide a refund once the item is returned and received.  The item should not be worn and be in the same condition as at point of dispatch and be in its original packaging. Shipping costs are not  refunded.

Gifts: If the item was purchased as a gift and mailed directly to you , you may return the item if it is unsuitable and you will be provided with a returns code in order to exchange the item . This will be provided on receipt of the returned item in the same perfect condition as at point of despatch.
Please note that gift cards, sale items and earrings are non-returnable.
When purchasing a ring we recommend you use the size guide to find your ring size or visit your local jewellers as this service is usually done with no cost and guarantees the best fit for you. Some of our rings are adjustable but will be altered to the required size before postage as attempting to do so yourself can cause damage - please note if a ring is returned under a faulty claim and the size has been tampered with we will be unable to exchange or credit the item. 
The stone received may differ slightly from the item in the image as all stones are completely unique. We try to capture as much detail of the item as possible for you to see and cannot exchange based on exact stone preferences.
 
Please be aware that Outrage Jewellers is not responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred, and that any losses or delays due to the Royal Mail are not covered by ourselves.
