Size Guide

Rings

The best way to find your ring size is to visit our shop or your local jewellers for a fitting as this will give the most accurate results and can be done free of charge. If you are unable to be fitted at a jewellery shop, please either use the guide or converter below to help you find your perfect fit. Simply use the guide which is most appropriate for your needs.

Tips: For the greatest accuracy, use an existing ring with a similar band width to the design you wish to purchase. The fitting should take place when your hands are warm, not hot or cold as this can alter the size. If in doubt, we advise choosing the smaller size so your ring should be a tight wriggle around the knuckle to ensure there is no risk of it falling off when your hands are cold. A ring with a wider band will fit a little tighter so we recommend choosing the next bigger size on for a more comfortable fit.

Some of our rings are adjustable but will be altered to the required size before postage as attempting to do so yourself can cause damage; please note if a ring is returned under a faulty claim and we find the size has been tampered with we will be unable to exchange or credit the item. Please do be careful and leave this to us as we only want to guarantee the best product, satisfaction and happiness for you.

Please open and print our ring size chart, making sure you follow the instructions listed.

Necklaces

We offer three options of chain lengths with our pendants so that you can choose what you’re most happy with as we know everyone’s personal style is different. If you’re not sure what length you’re after it’s best to ask for some help at your local jewellers or use an old necklace which you can measure with a ruler from clasp to clasp by undoing it and laying it straight

Below is a rough guide of where a chain will typically fall on the body:

Chain Length

Body Position

18 inches

Falls on the collarbone

24 inches

Falls below neckline or at the centre of the bust

30 inches

Hangs below the bust
