    1. Will you be restocking ‘Sold Out’ items?
      We often have the same design in many stones so may restock some items regularly. Many of our items are one-off, hand-made pieces so can’t be restocked. However, we are always updating the website with new designs which may be similar so keep checking back or send us an email at outragejewellers@gmail.com!

    2. Can I change the length of a chain with a pendant?
      On our website we currently offer belcher  chains which are a standard 18 inches in length.

    3. Do you repair jewellery?
      At present the workshops are closed , but please enquire by e mail and we shall try to advise. 
    4. How can I pay for my order?
      We accept payments via all major  debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal on our website. We are unable to send your order until we have received the payment. Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, but can simply enter your details as with usual transaction methods.

    5. Why are some stones differently priced to others?

      Some of our designs are stocked in more than one gemstone, however, you might notice a slight price difference between each stone. This is because some semi-precious stones are more difficult to source  than others and also because of the rarity of the stone. We price our items as fairly as possible whilst also bringing you the highest quality products.

     6.  Why are there photos of products on Instagram or Facebook that are not on the website?

    Both Instagram and Facebook offer you images of products which may not, as yet, be online but please enquire by email for prices, availability.
