An unusually shaped irregular Blue Lace Agate gemstone set in silver complete with an 18 inch silver chain.  The gemstone is a pale blue colour with darker and lighter banding streaking across the stone . A one off piece. 

Blue Lace Agate is a form of chalcedony. Silica rich solutions containing the mineral crocidolite seep into cavities in  pre-existing rocks , where they solidify slowly forming the characteristic pale blue banding typical of this gemstone.
